Harry Charlier

Harry brings a wealth of sporting experience, from being a competitive 400m runner in the South West to completing a swim-run in the Mediterranean, as well as playing rugby 7s and 15s to a high standard in National 2. Since taking up CrossFit six years ago, he has competed in numerous events including Hyrox, Strength in Depth, the Athens Throwdown and ATHX. Harry is passionate about strength and conditioning for performance-based, goal-oriented clients, whether that be bodybuilding, CrossFit, Hyrox, powerlifting or team sports.

Meg Charlier

Meg also brings a strong competitive background, having played football to a high standard at Loughborough University, where she earned a degree in Sports and Exercise Science. She has competed in functional fitness competitions for the past three years and enjoys programming for clients with competitive goals. Alongside this, Meg is particularly passionate about injury prevention and rehabilitation, and loves welcoming newcomers into the gym environment—always happy to meet clients where they are in their fitness journey.

Lewis Pettinger

Lewis is passionate about all things sport and gym related including how exercise and functional fitness can improve our everyday life. Although he now competes in CrossFit, he has a background in strongman and has competed at Britain's strongest man. Lewis is a qualified CrossFit and nutrition coach and is driven to help people achieve their full potential through eating the food that they enjoy, whether their goal is losing weight or optimising their performance. As someone who has struggled with their relationship with food in the past, Lewis can provide an empathetic ear to those that are struggling to find the right balance with their nutrition alongside their training..
